We will need two working water sources to hook up multiple machines or window cleaning equipment. During the washing process, please do not use any appliances that could redirect water away from the cleaning equipment.
For any exterior only window cleaning, screens must be removed prior to service. Most screens are designed to be removed from the inside. We also offer full service window cleaning which includes inside/outside and removal and reinstallation of screens.
Please make sure all areas are accessible and items are removed from the areas being cleaned. Any items left in the areas being cleaned could affect the ability to complete the cleaning.
For surface cleaning, any heavy moss growth debris that is on the surface is redirected into landscaping. Our trucks are not equipped to haul away debris. Also sometimes there are issues with drainage that leads to standing water. Please communicate with us if this could be a possible concern.
Please communicate with our team any existing issues such as window seal issues, water leaking, structure concerns, paint peeling or chipping, staining, or any other issues that could affect our cleaning process.
Expert Power Wash will not be held liable to previous damage nor issues the cleaning reveals. Vinyl siding oxidation is not the result of cleaning rather the aging process of vinyl siding. Water spots may be visible following cleaning of vinyl siding this can occur several hours following service. The soft wash cleaning process by its very nature is non destructive or damaging any water leaking into home or roof following cleaning is not the result of the cleaning but a underlying condition that the cleaning revealed. Expert Power Wash is not liable for said conditions, in accepting said terms the building owner releases all liability. Not all stains may clean or be removed during cleaning this is a result from either lack of prior maintenance, end of product life cycle or other factors beyond our control. Red clay staining will generally not be removed with low pressure cleaning. The stain may lighten but will not come off.
All payments are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed upon. We require payment of commercial properties within 30 days of the invoice date. Residential properties are due upon the invoice date.
Late fee schedule
*30-39 days late- additional 10% fee will be added to the original invoice amount
*40-49 days late- additional 20% fee will be added to the original invoice amount
*50-59 days late- additional 40% fee will be added to the original invoice amount
*60-69 days late- additional 80% fee will be added to the original invoice amount. At this point, legal action to collect a debt will be in process.
A 10% deposit is required upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable if services are canceled.
Contract work is as outlined in proposal. Any contract that is cancelled prior to contract term is subject to full contract financial agreement unless contract is cancelled on behalf of Expert Power Wash.

Experienced. Must be in business 3 or more years. The pressure washing industry has many newer companies starting out due to the social media of ‘get rich quick’ self employment opportunities. We have been in business for 6 years.
