This 6.5 ft custom Workhorse skid is built, fully plumbed, and available right now — no production lead time. It's a complete truck-bed cleaning system for professional house washing, concrete cleaning, roof cleaning, and other residential or commercial work: a Honda-powered belt-drive pressure washer, a proportioned 12-volt soft wash system, 200 gallons of onboard storage, three electric hose reels, and a built-in ladder rack on one professionally fabricated platform. Secure it in a properly rated pickup, complete the connections, and get to work. Built by hand in Oregon City, Oregon, and backed by our lifetime frame warranty.

The Frame

• ✓  6.5 ft custom-fabricated skid frame with integrated ladder rack — an organized, space-efficient layout for a properly sized and rated pickup

Power

• ✓  Honda GX390 electric-start belt-drive pressure washer with Centurion pump — 5.5 GPM, the flow for residential exteriors, flatwork, driveways, sidewalks, and patios
• ✓  Belt-drive configuration suited to regular professional use, drawing from the onboard buffer tank
• ✓  Onboard lithium-ion battery powers the electric start, the FloJet soft wash pump, and all three electric reels

200 Gallons of Onboard Tanks

• ✓  100-gallon water buffer tank with a PVC ball-valve drain for easy draining and maintenance
• ✓  100-gallon sodium hypochlorite tank plus a separate 7-gallon soap tank
• ✓  Custom-fabricated tank straps built for stable mounting under full liquid loads

The Soft Wash System

• ✓  FloJet 12-volt pump fully plumbed through a Pro Mixer XL proportioning system — dial in water, soap, and SH for different surfaces
• ✓  Pro Mixer XL includes a 3/4" water metering valve and check valve, 1/2" soap metering valve and check valve, and 3/4" chemical metering valve and check valve
• ✓  Banjo 3-way rinse valve switches from chemical draw to fresh water — regular flushing reduces chemical exposure and extends component life
• ✓  Soft wash spray gun with J-rod nozzle assembly — set the mix, connect, and spray

Three Electric Reels

• ✓  Three 12-inch full-frame aluminum electric hose reels — one per hose, keeping each washing method separate and deployment fast
• ✓  100 ft Flexzilla garden hose on the buffer-fill reel
• ✓  200 ft of 1/2" Red Soft Jet soft wash hose
• ✓  200 ft of 3/8" Fierce Jet pressure hose with a DN-10 3/8" ball valve installed

Professional Chemical-Resistant Plumbing

• ✓  Kuri Tec Polybraid and Clearbraid hose, Tigerflex blue ribbed hose, and stainless steel fittings on chemical pathways
