This 6.5-foot custom-fabricated pressure washing skid is a complete truck-bed cleaning system designed for professional exterior house washing, concrete cleaning, roof cleaning, and other residential or commercial cleaning services. It combines a Honda-powered belt-drive pressure washer, a proportioned 12-volt soft-wash system, 200 gallons of onboard liquid storage, three electric hose reels, and a built-in ladder rack on one professionally fabricated platform.

The system is already assembled and plumbed, allowing its new owner to secure it in a properly rated pickup truck, complete the required connections and setup, and get to work without waiting for a custom build.

Custom 6.5-Foot Skid and Ladder Rack

The foundation of this build is a 6.5-foot custom-fabricated skid frame with an integrated ladder rack. It provides an organized, space-efficient equipment layout designed specifically for installation in the bed of a properly sized and rated pickup truck.

A 24"L × 16"W × 14"H lockable toolbox provides secure onboard storage for nozzles, fittings, tools, spare parts, and other jobsite essentials.

5.5 GPM Belt-Drive Pressure Washer

The pressure-washing system features a 5.5 GPM electric-start, belt-drive pressure washer powered by a proven Honda GX390 engine and equipped with a Centurion pump.

This professional-grade setup provides the flow needed for residential exterior cleaning, flatwork, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other pressure-washing applications. A belt-drive configuration is well suited for regular professional use and allows the pressure washer to draw from the onboard water buffer tank.

The pressure-washing side includes:

• Honda GX390 engine

• Electric-start operation

• Centurion belt-drive pump

• 5.5 GPM flow rate

• 200 feet of 3/8-inch Fierce Jet pressure hose

• 12-inch full-frame aluminum electric hose reel with 1/2-inch manifold

• DN-10 3/8-inch ball valve installed for pressure-washing operation

Complete 12-Volt Soft-Wash System

The soft-wash system is powered by a FloJet 12-volt pump and fully plumbed through a Pro Mixer XL. This proportioning system allows the operator to adjust the water, soap, and sodium hypochlorite mixture for different exterior surfaces and cleaning applications.

The Pro Mixer XL includes:

• 3/4-inch water metering valve and check valve

• 1/2-inch soap metering valve and check valve

• 3/4-inch chemical metering valve and check valve

• Banjo three-way system rinse valve

The integrated rinse valve allows the operator to switch the system from chemical draw to fresh water for convenient jobsite rinsing. Regularly flushing chemical from the pump, mixer, hose, and related components can help reduce chemical exposure and extend component life.

The soft-wash system also includes:

• 200 feet of 1/2-inch Red Soft Jet soft-wash hose

• 12-inch full-frame aluminum electric hose reel with 1/2-inch manifold

• Soft-wash spray gun

• J-rod nozzle assembly

• Fully installed and plumbed soft-wash system

Set the desired mixture at the Pro Mixer XL, connect your spray equipment, and the system is ready for soft-wash operation.

200 Gallons of Onboard Tank Capacity

This skid includes two securely mounted 100-gallon tanks:

• One 100-gallon water buffer tank

• One 100-gallon chemical tank for sodium hypochlorite

• One separate 7-gallon soap tank

The water buffer tank is equipped with a PVC ball-valve drain system for easier draining and maintenance. All tanks are secured using custom-fabricated tank straps designed to provide stable mounting under the weight of full liquid loads.

Three Electric Hose Reels

All three primary hoses are mounted on individual 12-inch full-frame aluminum electric-function hose reels, giving the operator an organized and efficient setup:

1. 100' Flexzilla garden hose and buffer-tank fill reel

2. 200' Red Soft Jet soft-wash hose reel

3. 200' Fierce Jet pressure hose reel

This dedicated three-reel layout keeps each washing method separate, reduces hose clutter, and makes deployment and retrieval more efficient at the jobsite.

Lithium-Ion Power System

An onboard lithium-ion battery supplies power to the pressure washer’s electric-start system, the FloJet 12-volt soft-wash pump, and the electric hose reels. The power system is designed to support normal operation of the skid’s pressure-washing and soft-washing equipment.

Professional Chemical-Resistant Plumbing

The tank connections, system inlets, and outlets are professionally plumbed using a combination of:

• Kuri Tec Polybraid hose

• Kuri Tec Clearbraid hose

• Tigerflex blue ribbed hose

• Stainless Steel Fittings for chemical pathways.

These hose types are selected throughout the build according to the demands of the water, chemical, soap, suction, and supply portions of the system.
