What Ready Now means
Every Ready Now build is a finished rig sitting on our shop floor in Oregon City: built, plumbed, tested and ready to spray. We build these alongside our custom orders so a contractor who can't wait 30 to 40 days for a build slot has a way to be out making money next week.
They are the same builds as our custom skids and trailers: quarter-inch 5052 aluminum frame, Honda power, block-mounted unloader, full soft wash system, aluminum reels, stainless hardware. The only difference is that the build is already done. The photos on each page are the actual unit, and the serial number is on the plate.
How buying a Ready Now build works
Pick the unit, then book a discovery call or call the shop at 503-403-6185. We confirm it is still on the floor (these move fast), walk you through what is on it, and send an estimate for the unit plus freight or pickup. Once it is paid for, it ships the same week by LTL freight anywhere in the lower 48, or you pick it up in Oregon City and get a free hands-on walkthrough before you drive off. Financing is available on every build.

Common questions
Are Ready Now builds used or demo units?
No. They are brand new, built in our Oregon City shop on the same frames and components as customer orders. We build extra units alongside custom builds so there is something ready for contractors who cannot wait for a build slot.
How fast can I get one?
Pickup as soon as payment clears, during shop hours Monday through Thursday, 8am to 4pm. Freight to the lower 48 usually ships the same week. Custom builds target about 30 days, so Ready Now is the fastest way onto the road.
Can I change anything on a Ready Now build?
Small add-ons like an extra reel, hose, a surface cleaner or a second gun setup, yes. Changing the machine, tanks or layout turns it into a custom build, and we would rather build you the right rig than modify a finished one.
Do Ready Now builds come with the same warranty and training?
Yes. Lifetime frame warranty, free hands-on training at the shop when you pick up, and phone troubleshooting for as long as you own it, exactly like a custom build.
Can I finance a Ready Now build?
Yes. Financing is available on every build through our partners; see the financing page or ask on your call.
What does shipping cost?
Builds ship on a pallet by LTL freight or by private transport, quoted on your call based on where you are. Picking up in Oregon City is free and comes with a walkthrough of your rig.
