30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email orders@expertpowerwash.com or call 503-403-6185 (Monday–Thursday, 8am–4pm Pacific) with your order number. We'll confirm whether your item qualifies and send return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted.

Return shipping and restocking

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged.
• Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, waived when the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Original shipping and freight charges aren't refundable.

Items that can't be returned

• Chemicals, cleaners, and hazardous materials, including bleach and sodium hypochlorite
• Hose and other items cut to length or sold by the foot
• Special orders, custom-configured items, and custom builds
• Items that have been installed, used, or run — including pumps
• Sale and clearance items, and gift cards

Freight items

For machines, tanks, reels, and other items that shipped freight, please call us before returning so we can arrange it. Return freight costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and photos, and keep the packaging so we can make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it's handled as a return under this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Questions about a refund? Email orders@expertpowerwash.com.

Custom builds

Skids, trailers, van setups, and other custom work are covered by your build documents and our Terms of Service, not this return policy.

European Union

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as required by law. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
