This Privacy Policy explains how Expert Power Wash LLC (“Expert Power Wash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you:

• Visit or interact with expertpowerwash.com, or another website or online service that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites”);

• Shop online or at our Oregon City retail store;

• Contact us by telephone, email, text message, social media, website form, or other communication channel;

• Schedule a discovery call, request a quote, approve an estimate, finance a purchase, or purchase a custom build;

• Request customer support, repairs, returns, freight assistance, or warranty service; or

• Otherwise interact with Expert Power Wash.

“Expert Power Wash” is a business or website name used in connection with Expert Power Wash’s custom-build offerings. Unless another notice is provided, Expert Power Wash LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is a notice of our practices. It is not a contract and does not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use of personal information, we will request that consent separately.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. We may collect the following categories.

Contact and identity information

This may include your name, company name, job title, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, account username, and customer or account identifiers.

Order and transaction information

This may include products or services purchased or considered, shopping-cart activity, order history, receipts, payment status, discounts, returns, exchanges, refunds, tax-exemption information, pickup details, delivery instructions, and communications concerning a transaction.

Payment-card, bank-account, financing, and other payment information is generally collected and processed directly by Shopify, our payment processors, financing providers, or other financial-service providers. We may receive limited information such as payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, payment type, or the last digits of a payment method. We do not ordinarily receive or store a complete payment-card number from an online checkout.

Custom-build and service information

When you inquire about or purchase a pressure-washing skid, trailer, van system, drone-cleaning system, or other custom project, we may collect:

• Your business needs, intended applications, budget, desired components, equipment preferences, and requested specifications;

• Vehicle, trailer, payload, dimension, fitment, registration, ownership, or equipment information that you provide;

• Build sheets, drawings, estimates, invoices, change orders, approvals, production updates, testing records, orientation records, pickup or freight instructions, and customer acknowledgments;

• Photographs and videos of equipment, vehicles, trailers, installations, damage, repairs, testing, completed builds, or warranty issues; and

• Serial numbers, model numbers, purchase records, maintenance information, troubleshooting details, and manufacturer-warranty communications.

Vehicle or equipment photographs may incidentally show license plates, vehicle identification numbers, people, business names, or locations. We will use identifiable build photographs or videos for public marketing only as described in Section 4.

Discovery-call, appointment, and communication information

This may include appointment dates, scheduling preferences, call or meeting notes, messages, attachments, voicemail, email, text messages, social-media messages, and information you choose to provide during a consultation or customer-support interaction.

If we record a telephone call, video meeting, or in-person interaction, we will provide notice or obtain consent when required by law. We do not describe ordinary security logs or quality notes as call recordings.

Online account and shopping information

This may include account credentials, saved addresses, wish lists, products viewed, searches, cart contents, checkout activity, referral pages, and interactions with reviews or other Site features. Passwords are handled through the applicable platform and are not available to us in readable form.

Reviews, feedback, and public content

This may include product reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, questions, comments, testimonials, survey responses, social-media interactions, and other content you submit. Content submitted to a public area of a Site may be visible to others.

Device, usage, and approximate-location information

When you use a Site or interact with our electronic communications, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

• Internet Protocol address;

• Browser, device type, operating system, language, and device identifiers;

• Pages viewed, links clicked, searches, cart and checkout activity, referring and exit pages, and dates and times of activity;

• Email delivery, opening, and link-interaction data;

• General or approximate location inferred from an IP address; and

• Cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar online activity information.

We do not intend to collect precise geolocation through the Sites unless a feature clearly requests it and we provide any notice or consent required by law.

Information about other people

You may give us information about another person, such as a delivery recipient, authorized pickup person, employee, business partner, financing contact, or freight contact. You are responsible for having authority to provide that information and, when appropriate, for directing that person to this Privacy Policy.

Sensitive personal information

Certain laws define some information as “sensitive,” which may include account credentials, financial-account or payment information, precise geolocation, government identification numbers, racial or ethnic origin, biometric data, health information, or information from a known child.

We do not seek sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for a transaction or another disclosed purpose. Full payment credentials and financing-application information should be submitted directly to the applicable payment or financing provider, not through ordinary email or social-media messages. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for advertising.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We may collect personal information:

• Directly from you, including through checkout, our retail store, customer accounts, forms, discovery calls, estimates, invoices, telephone calls, email, text messages, social media, support requests, reviews, surveys, pickup, delivery, and warranty interactions;

• Automatically from your device, using cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies;

• From Shopify and other service providers, including ecommerce, payment, scheduling, communications, analytics, marketing, fraud-prevention, customer-support, and website providers;

• From payment or financing providers, such as transaction status, identity verification status, funding status, or other information needed to complete or administer a purchase;

• From carriers, freight brokers, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and warranty administrators, such as delivery, product, serial-number, claim, repair, or replacement information;

• From social-media and advertising platforms, when you interact with our pages, messages, advertisements, or content, subject to your settings and the platform’s practices;

• From your employer, company, authorized representative, or another person involved in a transaction; and

• From public sources, such as public business information, company websites, or publicly available social-media pages, when relevant to a legitimate business interaction.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

Provide products, services, and custom builds

• Process and fulfill online, telephone, invoiced, and in-store purchases;

• Maintain customer accounts and transaction records;

• Schedule discovery calls and appointments;

• Prepare quotes, estimates, invoices, build sheets, layouts, and change orders;

• Design, fabricate, assemble, install, test, document, deliver, and support custom systems;

• Arrange local pickup, parcel shipping, freight, delivery appointments, and international handoff at an agreed U.S. location;

• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, repairs, and warranty claims; and

• Provide orientations, manuals, technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Process payments and financing-related transactions

We use transaction and identity information to accept or confirm payment, prevent fraud, administer deposits and balances, issue refunds, and connect customers with financing providers they choose to use. Financing providers make their own approval, rate, and account-servicing decisions under their own privacy notices.

Communicate with you

We may send order confirmations, invoices, estimates, shipping updates, delay notices, appointment reminders, build updates, warranty communications, safety information, product notices, and responses to your questions. These transactional communications are separate from marketing messages.

Market and advertise

Subject to applicable law and your choices, we may:

• Send promotional emails or text messages;

• Send catalogs or other postal marketing;

• Measure engagement with our messages and Sites;

• Personalize Site content and product recommendations;

• Create audiences and measure advertising performance; and

• Display or help display advertising on our Sites or third-party websites and platforms.

Online advertising technologies may involve disclosing identifiers, commercial information, and internet or device activity to advertising and analytics partners. Some privacy laws may call this “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising,” even when no money is exchanged. See Sections 6 and 10 for more information and opt-out choices.

Use custom-build photographs and media

We may take photographs or video to document design, production, testing, condition, delivery, warranty service, and completion of a custom build. We may use images of our own products and workmanship for internal training, quality control, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution.

Before publicly using identifiable customer information—such as a customer’s name, recognizable personnel, license plate, confidential business information, or prominently branded vehicle—we will rely on the customer’s direction, a release, another appropriate permission, or another lawful basis. When reasonably practical, we may crop, blur, or remove identifiers. A separate written agreement restricting media use will control.

Operate, analyze, and improve our business

We may use information to manage inventory, understand demand, evaluate Site and campaign performance, improve products and services, train staff, maintain records, conduct quality control, and develop business plans.

Protect customers, our business, and others

We may use personal information to authenticate users, secure accounts and systems, detect or investigate fraud, prevent abuse, protect product and workplace safety, document incidents, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and protect the rights, property, or safety of customers, employees, Expert Power Wash, and others.

Comply with law

We may process information to satisfy tax, accounting, warranty, product-safety, consumer-protection, privacy, transportation, sanctions, court-order, subpoena, law-enforcement, and other legal obligations.

4. When We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described below. We do not disclose every category to every recipient.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, customers, or property; investigate fraud or unlawful activity; enforce our agreements; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Shopify

Our online stores are hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide ecommerce, checkout, hosting, security, analytics, and related services. Depending on our settings and the features you use, Shopify may also process information for enhanced services or networked intelligence. Shopify’s processing is governed by its own applicable privacy notices as well as its agreements with merchants.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

• Keep the Sites functioning and secure;

• Remember preferences and cart contents;

• Maintain sessions and customer accounts;

• Understand traffic and Site performance;

• Measure email and advertising engagement;

• Prevent fraud;

• Personalize content; and

• Support advertising and campaign measurement.

Some technologies are necessary for a Site to function. Others are used for analytics, personalization, or advertising and may be controlled through our cookie banner or privacy-preference tools where available.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies can interfere with checkout, accounts, saved preferences, and other Site functions. Browser cookie controls may not stop technologies that do not rely on cookies or choices associated with another device or browser.

Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. 7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word “sell.” However, when advertising or analytics technologies are enabled, we may disclose online identifiers, commercial information, contact information where permitted, and internet or device activity to advertising and marketing providers in ways that some laws define as “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 for targeted advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for advertising.

You may opt out as explained in Sections 6 and 10. We will not treat a privacy request as an opt-out from ordinary disclosures needed to process orders, provide requested services, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

8. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of promotional text messages by following the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP, when applicable. You may also contact us using Section 15.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending nonpromotional communications concerning an order, estimate, appointment, build, warranty claim, account, safety issue, or other existing business relationship. We may need a reasonable period to process a preference, as permitted by law.

9. Public Content and Third-Party Links

Reviews, questions, photographs, videos, or comments you submit to a public area of a Site may be viewed, copied, or used by others. Do not include information you do not want made public.

The Sites may link to third-party websites, financing applications, scheduling platforms, social networks, videos, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent privacy or security practices merely because we link to or integrate its service.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your state or country of residence and whether the applicable law covers Expert Power Wash or the particular information, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal information;

• Access or obtain a copy of personal information we maintain about you;

• Correct inaccuracies;

• Delete certain personal information;

• Obtain certain information in a portable format;

• Obtain a list of specific third parties to which we disclosed personal information when required by law;

• Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;

• Withdraw consent when processing is based on consent;

• Appeal our denial of a privacy request; and

• Receive equal service and not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

Privacy rights are not absolute. For example, we may retain information needed to complete a transaction, provide a warranty, detect fraud, comply with tax or recordkeeping duties, establish or defend claims, or satisfy another lawful exception.

Describe the right you wish to exercise and the email address, telephone number, account, or order information needed to locate your records. Do not send a complete payment-card number, Social Security number, driver’s-license image, or other unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will use verification information only for the verification, security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes permitted by law. If we cannot verify a request, we may deny it and explain the reason when required.

An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly, except when law provides otherwise.

Appeals

If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to the denial or emailing orders@expertpowerwash.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” Include enough information to identify the original request and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and provide information about any further complaint right that applies.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, safety, warranty, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance needs.

Retention periods vary. For example:

• Order, invoice, payment-status, and tax records may be retained for accounting and legal requirements;

• Custom-build specifications, approvals, serial numbers, photographs, testing records, and warranty communications may be retained for the expected service life of the system and a reasonable period afterward;

• Customer-support and repair records may be retained to document advice, maintenance, safety, and warranty history;

• Marketing information is retained until you opt out or it is no longer useful, subject to suppression records needed to honor the opt-out; and

• Security, fraud, and Site logs are retained according to risk and operational needs.

We may retain deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual. We may also retain information longer when reasonably necessary for litigation, investigation, legal hold, safety, recall, or another legal obligation.

12. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature and volume of the information we handle. No system, transmission method, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Protect your account credentials and notify us promptly if you believe an account or communication has been compromised. Do not send payment-card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, government identification, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email, social-media messaging, or an unapproved channel.

If we discover a security breach involving personal information, we will investigate and provide legally required notices.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our Sites, commercial equipment, and services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16 or process it for targeted advertising.

14. International Visitors

Expert Power Wash is based in the United States. If you access a Site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your country.

We do not represent that we actively offer or ship products in every country. If law applicable to our processing requires a particular international data-transfer safeguard, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.
