Two-Day Soft Wash Training Class — December 4 & 5, 2026
Set the quantity to the number of seats you need, then list each attendee above.
Let's be straight about it: $599 is real money. So here is exactly what you get for it, and why people fly in from the East Coast, Hawaii and Canada to sit in this class.
This is a complete, start-to-finish course on getting a pressure washing and soft wash business off the ground and running it right, taught by two people who did exactly that. Kristina and I ran our own washing company for ten years before we started building equipment. We doubled it year over year, some years more than that, and grew it past a million dollars. This class is everything we wish somebody had sat us down and told us in year one.
It is not a slideshow we email you and hope you watch. It is two days at our shop in Oregon City, in a small group capped at 20 seats, with lunch on us, guest experts in the room, and a real roof to clean on day two.
What you walk out with
- How to price jobs. This is the question we get asked more than any other, and we spend real time on it: how we priced roofs, houses and flatwork, how to quote with confidence, and how to stop leaving money on the table.
- How to get the business started. Setting the company up, what you need before your first job, and the order to do things in so you are not backtracking.
- Marketing that actually brings in work. You can have your mindset right, buy all the right equipment and pay somebody to run ads, and still not have a business that works. We show you what brought us our jobs, and we go deep on local networking, which is where most of the good work in this trade comes from.
- Running the business day to day. CRMs, scheduling, follow-up, managing customers, and the systems that let a business grow past just you.
- Insurance done right. We bring in an insurance expert who walks you through exactly what you need to be properly covered, your equipment included, so you are not finding out the hard way.
- Mindset. Getting a business like this off the ground is a lot of work. We bring in a motivational speaker because your head has to be right for it, and that is half the battle.
- How to soft wash, start to finish. Mixes, chemicals and dilution, safe handling of sodium hypochlorite, safety and OSHA, and then on day two you do it yourself on a real house.
- Your network. You are in a room with other people doing this, some brand new and some already running successful companies, and you leave knowing them. For a lot of people the networking alone is worth the seat.
- A signed certification. Attend both days and stay engaged, and you leave with a signed Expert Power Wash Soft Wash Training certificate. More on that below.
- Us, after the class. You leave with the resources we hand out and with our phone number. This is not one and done.
We also cover the equipment side of running a rig, because a contractor who understands their equipment makes more money with it: downstreaming and injector setup, unloaders, GPM and nozzle choices, surface cleaners, and the maintenance habits that keep a rig out of the repair bay. It is in the class, it just is not the point of the class.
Why we charge for it
We could give this class away, and we have thought about it. We don't, because when people make an investment in themselves and their business, they show up serious, and in our experience those are the people who go on to succeed. We take this industry seriously and we would rather spend two days with people who are serious about it too. We have a growing list of success stories from past classes, we stay connected with the people who come through, and honestly, it feels good when people win.
Class dates
Friday, December 4 & Saturday, December 5, 2026
Expert Power Wash · 13896 S Fir St Suite B, Oregon City, OR 97045
Day 1 — Friday, 8am to 4pm. The business.
A full day in the classroom with lunch provided. This is the day we build your business: getting started, pricing, marketing and local networking, CRMs and management, insurance with our guest expert, mindset with our guest speaker, and the chemistry and safety side of soft washing. Bring your questions. This is taught by people who washed for a living, not read from a slide deck.
Friday evening — dinner with the class (optional)
On our bigger classes, if the group is up for it, we host a dinner Friday night. It is time with Kristina and me and the rest of the class, outside the classroom, where we sit down and talk shop about whatever you want to work through in your business. Some of the most useful conversations of the weekend happen at that table.
Day 2 — Saturday, 8am to noon. Hands-on.
A short classroom session in the morning on how to soft wash, then we head out to a real house and clean a roof. Live, on the equipment, with you doing the work. We aim to wrap by noon, though it sometimes runs a little over. It is December in Oregon, so bring rain gear and warm layers. No lunch on day two, so bring a snack and something to drink if you want them.
Your certification
Everyone who attends both days and stays engaged leaves with a signed Expert Power Wash Soft Wash Training certificate: official proof that you have been through our program and something to show the customers who ask what makes you different. It is earned, not handed out. Not everyone who has come through this class has received one, because you have to be there both days and be part of it. If you are, it is yours.
After the class
Past participants call us about jobs they are bidding, mixes, equipment questions, and we help them work through it. We treat everybody who comes through this class like family, and we want to stay connected and see you succeed.

About Expert Power Wash
Expert Power Wash is a family-owned pressure washing equipment shop in Oregon City, OR, run by Tim and Kristina. Before we built equipment, we ran our own pressure washing business for more than ten years — so the parts and chemicals on our shelves are the ones we trust on real jobs.
Our storefront stocks thousands of parts, chemicals and supplies, most in-stock orders ship the same day, and when you call 503-403-6185 you talk to people who have run this gear.
