Expert Power Wash is a pressure washing equipment store and custom build shop at 13896 S Fir St Suite B, Oregon City, OR 97045, in the Red Soils Business Park about ten minutes south of Portland. We are a working storefront: parts on the shelf, chemicals in stock, and rigs being built in the shop out back.
We are not a washing service. We spent more than a decade running our own pressure washing company, and now we build the equipment and supply the parts for the contractors doing that work across the Portland metro and nationwide.

What we stock
Thousands of parts and supplies for pressure washing, soft washing and window cleaning, including:

Custom builds, built here
Our skids, trailers and van setups are built in this shop. Skids are welded from quarter-inch aircraft-grade 5052 aluminum and carry a lifetime frame warranty. Trailers are steel, built locally in Oregon with a manufacturer we work with one-on-one, and fully custom for pressure washing rather than an off-the-lot utility trailer. Every build includes training and anytime phone support, and financing is available.

Repairs and shop service
We repair pressure washing equipment: pumps, unloaders, reels, soft wash systems and hose ends. Bring it into the store during store hours, or call ahead at 503-403-6185 and we will tell you whether it is worth fixing before you drive out.
Training
We run hands-on pressure washing and soft wash training at the shop. If you are starting a business in the Portland area, that is usually the cheapest mistake-avoidance available. See training and events.
Shipping outside Portland
Most of what we sell ships nationwide. Orders over $149 ship free and in-stock items generally leave Oregon City the same day. Full-frame aluminum hose reels and large equipment ship freight.

What are your store hours?
Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Pacific. Walk-ins are welcome during those hours.
Do you wash houses or do pressure washing jobs?
No. We ran our own pressure washing company for over a decade, but Expert Power Wash now builds equipment and sells parts, chemicals and supplies. We do not take washing jobs.
Do you repair pressure washers?
Yes. We repair pumps, unloaders, reels, soft wash systems and hose ends at the Oregon City shop. Call 503-403-6185 before you drive out and we will tell you whether a repair makes sense.
Do you sell to customers outside Oregon?
Yes. We ship parts, chemicals and supplies nationwide, free over $149, and we build and deliver custom skids and trailers for customers across the country.
