Our Builds
Every Expert Power Wash rig is built to order in our Oregon City, Oregon shop. We ran our own pressure washing business for more than a decade before we started building equipment for other companies, so every layout decision comes from work we actually did — where hoses snag, where fittings leak, where a cheap component fails in year two.
Pressure washing skids
Our skids are welded from aircraft-grade 5052 aluminum at a quarter-inch thickness, where most builders run about an eighth. They are double-braced with extra gussets and support bars, shelves are built to carry real weight, and forklift pockets are built in. Everything is welded, not bolted. Aluminum skids carry a lifetime frame warranty, and none has ever broken. See pressure washing skids and truck setups.
Pressure washing trailers
Trailers are steel and fully custom-built for pressure washing — not an off-the-lot utility trailer with equipment bolted in. Reel racks are welded into the frame, axles are upgraded, and ladder racks with middle support bars are available. They are built locally in Oregon with a manufacturer we work with one-on-one, and they carry full warranties. See pressure washing trailers.
Van setups
Van builds are laid out around how you load, unload and work out of the vehicle every day, with engine exhaust routed outside and ventilation designed in from the start. Tell us the van and the jobs and we will spec it around both. See pressure washing van setups.
