A professional soft wash batch mixing system built for mixing your solution in one tank and spraying it straight from the skid. A 50-gallon DOT-approved batch tank, a FloJet 6 GPM soft wash pump, and 200 ft of soft wash hose with a spray gun and nozzles give you everything you need for roof cleaning, house washing, and soft washing on a compact aluminum frame.
Every component is commercial-grade and chemical-compatible. We use the same pump, hardware, stainless, hoses, and clamps that go on our flagship Workhorse pressure washing skids, so this system is built to hold up through years of daily use. 50-Gallon DOT-Approved Batch Tank — Low-profile, double-thick construction rated for chemical transport. Mix your soft wash solution right in the tank. The vented, tethered lid keeps everything sealed and secure on the road.
FloJet 6 GPM Soft Wash Pump — High-flow output with Viton seals, the industry standard for chemical resistance and long pump life.
200 ft. Soft Wash Hose — Professional 1/2" hose with custom-crimped stainless fittings. No clamp-style connections that loosen over time. These fittings are permanent and leak-free.
Spray Gun and Nozzles — ST510 spray gun with stainless nozzles and four spray patterns for versatile coverage on any surface.
Commercial Aluminum Hose Reel — Built specifically for chemical applications, with a stainless steel manifold, swivel, and cap that won't corrode or fail under pressure.
Aircraft-Grade Aluminum Frame — CNC precision-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum. Stronger and more corrosion-resistant than standard steel frames, without the added weight.
Marine-Grade 12V Wiring — USA marine-grade wiring that stands up to moisture, vibration, and chemical exposure. A digital voltage readout lets you monitor battery charge in real time.
NOCO Group 27 Battery Box — One of the most trusted names in battery management. The battery is not included. We recommend an Interstate Group 27 marine battery, and we like the Interstate Gold Series.
Top-Shelf Plumbing — Banjo fittings, Kuri Tec chemical-rated hoses, full stainless clamps, and 316 stainless hardware throughout. The same hardware spec used in marine and industrial applications.
