Crossover® Wash is non-flammable, phosphate-free and biodegradable. It is a highly effective and professional cleaning product designed for the removal of all types of surface contaminants. It eliminates staining from algae, mold, mildew, oxidation, dirt, sludge, environmental staining, tiger striping, organic staining, dirt, dust, inanimate organic particulates, and inanimate scum.

Crossover® Wash can be used for pressure-washing or soft-washing applications and is safe on most building surfaces.

What Surfaces can it be used on?

Crossover Wash can be used on multiple surfaces including:

• Asphalt shingles
• Painted & unpainted materials
• Asphalt, TPO, or metal roofing
• Metal panels
• Interior or exterior acrylic and oil-based painted walls
• Vinyl & fiberglass
• Powder-coated surfaces
• Unpainted porous cinder block, concrete, stone

How to use it:

Our Crossover® Wash half gallon size with garden sprayer attachment is ready to use. In gallons, the product is a concentrate—dilute to your desired results depending on severity of the staining on the surface.

Light Staining (dust, dirt) 1:7 (1 part product to 7 parts water)

Medium Staining (light biological/green growth, dirt and dust)  1:5 (1 part product to 5 parts water)

Heavy Staining (heavy biological growth, moss build-up)  1:1 (1 part product to 1 part water)

Coverage capacity:

One gallon will clean approximately 300-500 square feet on non-porous surface. Coverage area will be considerably less working on porous surfaces.
