Free shipping on orders $149+
Orders of $149 or more ship free to the lower 48 states and DC when every item in the order qualifies. Qualifying orders ship by ground service.
Shipping days and cutoff: We ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed by 2pm Pacific, Monday–Thursday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, or Friday through Sunday, ship the following Monday.
Qualifying orders under $149 ship at a flat rate: $8.95 for orders under $50, and $12.95 for orders from $50 to $148.99.
Need it faster? FedEx 2Day is available at checkout on parcel orders. Transit time starts when your order ships, so a 2Day order placed after 2pm Thursday or over the weekend ships Monday.
Items with their own shipping rate
Some items are too large, heavy, or awkward for standard parcel shipping. They have their own rate, shown at checkout before you pay, and they don't count toward free shipping:
- Pressure washers and gas soft wash units 4 GPM and up, gear drives, tanks, and full-frame hose reels ship LTL freight on a pallet: $200 to the West, $300 to the Central states, and $400 to the East.
- Heavy hot water pressure washers (about 975 lb): LTL freight at $500 to the West, $600 to the Central states, and $700 to the East.
- Pressure washers under 4 GPM: $200 flat.
- Tank straps: $100 flat, oversize ground.
- Telescoping wands: $145 flat, oversize ground.
- Select pumps, surface cleaners, 5-gallon pails, and other large items: flat rate shown at checkout.
If your order mixes these items with regular parts, each shipping rate applies. Ordering freight equipment and parts together? Call us at 503-403-6185 — we can often put everything on the same pallet.
Freight delivery and liftgate
At checkout, choose Business / Loading Dock if you have a dock, forklift, or enough help to unload, or Residential with Liftgate ($149 more) and the carrier will lower the pallet to the ground. Freight is delivered curbside either way. Please inspect freight before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Some machines can't ship to certain states — for example, units that aren't CARB-compliant can't ship to California. This is noted on the product page.
Custom builds
Skids, trailers, and van setups ship by private transport and are quoted separately — see our Builds Purchase Guide. We don't hide freight in our build prices, so you only pay for the shipping you actually need.
Alaska, Hawaii, and international
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories aren't calculated at checkout — call or email us for a quote. International parcel rates are shown at checkout where available. Freight equipment and builds ship within the lower 48 only; international customers arrange transport from a U.S. location.
Free local pickup
Choose local pickup at checkout and pick up at 13896 S Fir St Suite B, Oregon City, OR 97045, Monday–Thursday, 8am–4pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready.
Delivery issues
Lost or damaged shipments: Contact us right away with your order number and photos, and keep the packaging. We'll help you file the claim with the carrier.
After delivery: Expert Power Wash isn't responsible for theft or loss after a carrier marks a package delivered. Please track your order and be available to receive it.
Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address, and re-delivery charges may apply.
