Custom 7x14 Super Duty Pressure Washing Trailer — Hot Water + Triple Soft Wash System
This is a super heavy duty 7x14 pressure washing trailer, custom built from the frame up in Oregon City, Oregon — with reel racks and MoFlow racks built directly into the frame, upgraded axles, and a lifetime frame warranty. Two Honda-powered pressure washers, hot water, and three independent soft wash systems make this a complete washing operation for a serious multi-service crew.
We ran our own washing rigs for over a decade before we started building them for other companies. Every decision on this trailer — the aircraft-grade aluminum, the 316 stainless hardware, the fully ported plumbing — comes from years of learning the hard way what holds up and what doesn't.
The Trailer

Water & Chemical Tanks
- ✓ 525-gallon leg water tank secured with heavy-duty hoop straps
- ✓ 100-gallon bleach tank with a heavy-duty strapping system built from 1/4 inch square tube aluminum
- ✓ 16-gallon soap tank and 7-gallon neutralizer tank with a custom built strap system
- ✓ Jobe float valves on the water tank shut the fill off automatically
- ✓ Garden port lets you hook an additional supply hose straight into the buffer tank
Pressure Washers & Hot Water
- ✓ 8 GPM hot water skid with an upgraded 22-gallon fuel tank
- ✓ Honda GX690 gear drive pressure washer with General Pump and Pulsar block-mounted unloader system
- ✓ 11-gallon custom diesel fuel tank
- ✓ Pressure washer whip lines upgraded to 1/2 inch double wire lines
- ✓ Both reel-mounted pressure washer hoses run ball valve swivels with stainless steel quick connects
- ✓ Three pressure washing guns included, plus the colored nozzle pack with both machines
- ✓ Exhaust deflectors installed on every machine
Three Independent Soft Wash Systems
- ✓ Low Flow soft wash system built by Leon with the mixer system built in, mounted on its own custom fabricated riser
- ✓ MoFlow soft wash system — the Low Flow's bigger brother — with its own built-in mixer system
- ✓ 12-volt soft wash system with a 4-port mixer system and 12-volt Flojet pump
- ✓ Gen 5 FlowPro system with rinse valve and all custom mounting brackets
- ✓ Bleach rinse valve to flush the system and extend pump life
- ✓ 300 ft of 1/2 inch soft wash hose for the Low Flow with stainless steel crimped ends and stainless quick connects at the gun
- ✓ Another 300 ft of 1/2 inch soft wash hose for the 12-volt system — same stainless crimped ends and quick connect at the gun
- ✓ Water Boss soft wash gun
- ✓ Poly gun with stainless steel J-rod nozzle set for the 12-volt system
Reels & Fully Ported Plumbing
- ✓ Six 18-inch electric hose reels with deluxe upgraded Titan hose reel guides
- ✓ Fully ported system — every reel is for storage only, so a damaged reel never takes you off a job
- ✓ Whip lines on every reel quick-disconnect and hook straight to a port
- ✓ Heavy-duty aluminum blocks on all ports, fitted with stainless steel pressure washer quick connects or Banjo cam locks for the soft wash side
- ✓ 100 ft of Flexzilla 3/4 inch ID garden hose on the reel, plus an extra 100 ft section of Flexzilla 3/4 inch ID garden hose included
- ✓ Heavy-duty plumbing on everything — Kuri Tec, crush-proof, and poly braid hose throughout
