The BE Power Equipment SW1165HEZ is a commercial-grade mobile soft wash system delivering 300 PSI at 11.0 GPM, designed for professional contractors who need low-pressure, high-volume cleaning for surfaces that cannot tolerate the force of a conventional pressure washer. Soft washing uses chemical solution, not water pressure, as the primary cleaning agent. The high-volume flow carries detergent to the surface and rinses it thoroughly, while the low pressure protects roofing materials, wood structures, painted siding, stucco, and other delicate substrates from damage.
Powered by a Honda GX200 196cc engine with recoil and electric start and built around a Udor diaphragm pump rated for professional soft wash applications, the SW1165HEZ is a gas direct drive platform with a pump operating speed of 550 RPM. Built on an aluminum mobile cart frame with easy bolt-down installation for truck or trailer mounting, the SW1165HEZ is a complete commercial soft wash platform ready for daily professional use.
What Is Soft Washing?
Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses specific detergents and high water volume to remove biological contaminants such as algae, mold, mildew, lichen, and organic staining from building surfaces. Unlike pressure washing, which relies on water force to remove dirt, soft washing relies on the chemical solution to break down and kill contaminants at the source, with the water volume delivering and rinsing the solution.
Soft washing is the recommended method for:
- Asphalt shingle and tile roofing
- Wood siding, decks, and fences
- Painted and stucco exterior surfaces
- Cedar and composite cladding
- Screens, gutters, and fascia
- Commercial building exteriors where pressure washing would void warranties or cause damage

Udor Diaphragm Pump
The heart of the system is a Udor diaphragm pump, designed for commercial soft wash performance where high water volume and low operating pressure are required. BE sells this pump under its Centurion (CP) label as part number CP Z42PPGR, so it's orange instead of Udor's usual color, but it's the same Udor pump and carries the Udor sticker.
The pump runs at a 550 RPM operating speed, which helps reduce pump wear, improve durability, and maintain consistent soft wash performance throughout extended commercial cleaning sessions. Key pump features include:

The bolt-on regulator provides secure, leak-free pressure adjustment. The bolt-on mounting prevents the regulator from backing out or leaking when the pressure knob is adjusted during operation, a common failure point on soft wash systems with threaded regulators.
Aluminum Mobile Cart Frame with Truck Mount Capability
The SW1165HEZ is mounted on an aluminum mobile cart frame with stabilizing feet for ground-level use and easy bolt-down installation for mounting to a truck bed, trailer, or service vehicle. The aluminum construction keeps the unit lightweight relative to its pump capacity, and the bolt-down mounting pattern accommodates a wide range of vehicle configurations. The SW1165HEZ is Truck Mount Ready (TMR).
