The Ultimate Mini is a full pressure washing and soft wash skid built for short bed trucks and vans. At 5.5 ft x 44 inches, it packs the same professional soft wash system we run on our largest truck skids into a footprint that fits where the big rigs can't — built by hand in Oregon City, Oregon, and backed by our lifetime frame warranty.
Compact doesn't mean stripped down. Every component on this skid — the CNC-cut aluminum, the Pro Mixer XL, the plumbing — is the same grade we put on builds twice its size. If your work lives in tight driveways, residential routes, or a van, this is the skid that gets a complete washing operation into it.
The Frame

Power
- ✓ Custom-built Honda GX390 gear drive pressure washer with electric start — 5.5 GPM, 3000 PSI
- ✓ Battery recharging system keeps the battery topped off while you work
- ✓ Full-size 24 DC Interstate Marine battery in a Noco battery box
Water & Chemical Tanks
- ✓ Two 55-gallon vertical tanks — one for water, one for SH (sodium hypochlorite)
- ✓ Hudson float valve system shuts the water off automatically when the tank is full
- ✓ Seven-gallon soap tank with a CNC-machined aluminum bracket — gallon marks cut right into the metal
The Soft Wash System
- ✓ The same high-end soft wash system featured on our larger truck skids — Remco 5.3 GPM soft wash pump paired with our own Pro Mixer XL metering system to custom blend your mix
- ✓ Upsized valves on both the water and bleach sides for better flow and distance
- ✓ Mounted on custom plates for easy maintenance
- ✓ USA pure copper wiring and a heavy-duty waterproof marine switch
- ✓ 3-way bleach rinse valve to flush corrosive chemical out of the mixing system and extend the life of your equipment
Plumbing
- ✓ Soft wash plumbing in high-end Kuri Tec poly braid hose with stainless clamps and our in-house slotted PVC bleach filters
- ✓ Flow-through design using uniseals to eliminate common failure points
- ✓ Pressure washer plumbing with Tiger Flex suction hose, a mounted 1-inch Teejet strainer filter with clean-out, polypropylene barbs, heavy-duty stainless clamps, a sweeping 90 stainless bypass system, and Banjo bulkheads
- ✓ 1-inch drain with ball valve — drain your tank, fill buckets, or use as an emergency eye wash
Reels, Hose & Guns
- ✓ Three 12-inch full-frame aluminum hose reels with stainless steel manifolds and swivels built to withstand chemical use
- ✓ 200 ft of Fierce Jet pressure hose — the best pressure washing hose on the market
- ✓ 200 ft of 1/2 inch soft wash hose and 100 ft of 5/8 inch garden hose
- ✓ 36-inch pressure washing wand with tips, plus a Suttner ST510 soft wash gun with stainless J-rod nozzles dialed in specifically for this system
We strive to use as many US-made parts as possible, and we're very close to that goal — some hardware, the Honda motor, and the General Pump come from overseas.
Shipping & Pickup
Due to their size, these units can't ship via standard freight. We arrange private transport through a trusted local transporter who has delivered our skids all across the United States — rates vary, so contact us for a quote. We strongly recommend picking up in person, or flying out, to take advantage of the free hands-on training and full walkthrough of your new skid.
