Expert Mini V2 Pressure Skid

The Expert Mini V2 is a compact 48x48 pressure washing and soft wash truck skid with the same quality and construction as our popular Workhorse skids. Smaller doesn't mean cheaply built — we don't cut corners or use lesser parts on our mini skids. Built by hand in Oregon City, Oregon, and backed by our lifetime frame warranty.

The V2 series carries several real upgrades over our older minis, the biggest being our new skid bases with a reinforced center channel and extra gussets on the shelves. At 575 lbs and 48x48 inches, it fits short bed trucks that a full-size skid never will.

The Frame

• ✓  New: full CNC-cut 6061 high-grade aluminum skid, 48 x 48 inches, with a reinforced center channel
• ✓  Heavy-duty thicker-gauge aluminum back shelf with gussets for added strength
• ✓  True full stainless clamps and stainless hardware throughout — these don't rust out in 3 months

Power

• ✓  New: our custom-built flagship Honda gear drive 5.5 GPM pressure washer with electric start, flow-sensitive unloader, and upgraded recharging system
• ✓  Group 24 battery box — battery sold separately; source a marine-grade battery locally or buy one from us

Water & Chemical Tanks

• ✓  Two 55-gallon tanks with stainless tank straps
• ✓  Seven-gallon soap tank with heavy-duty aluminum mounting strap
• ✓  Hudson float valve system with garden hose connection — stops the water and keeps the tank from overflowing
• ✓  1-inch drain system with heavy-duty schedule 80 ball valve

The Soft Wash System

• ✓  New: upgraded Flojet 6 GPM 70 PSI 12-volt soft wash pump (previously a Remco 5.3)
• ✓  Precision Mixer soft wash metering system
• ✓  Bleach rinse valve to flush water through the mixing system and prolong its life
• ✓  High-quality soft wash plumbing with slotted PVC filters and chemical-resistant hoses

Reels, Hose & Guns

• ✓  Two Expert 12-inch aluminum full-frame reels with stainless manifolds
• ✓  New: 200 ft of Fierce Jet pressure washer hose (up from 150 ft) with our custom hose reel whip line for easy removal, and stainless quick connects — most cut corners here with brass or zinc; quality matters
• ✓  200 ft of 1/2 inch Soft Jet soft wash hose by Fierce Jet with custom crimped threaded ends (we occasionally use Rampage — both are top-rated chemical hose)
• ✓  Chemical-resistant ST510 soft wash gun with stainless nozzles sized for this system
• ✓  36-inch gun and wand combo

We recommend in-person pickup in Oregon City, OR — this includes a free 2-hour
hands-on training session so you leave confident operating your skid. Transport
shipping is also available and coordinated directly with you.
