The Expert P40 Soft Wash Plumbing Kit

This kit includes nearly everything you need to plumb a soft wash system around a P40 pump.

Not Included in this kit:

• The P40 Pump
• The Mixer Manifold
• The 3-Way Rinse Valve ( Optional )

It's a well-organized package with all major components for setting up suction, delivery, bypass, and soap integration in your soft wash setup.

This Kit Includes the Following Items:

Hoses:

• Suction Lines (SH, Water, Rinse)
  • Qty/Length: 30ft of 3/4" suction hose
  • Purpose: Connects to 3-Way Rinse Valve (valve not included)
  • Note: You may have extra—good for spares or flexibility
• Soap Line
  • Qty/Length: 10ft of 1/4" clear poly braid hose
  • Purpose: Carries soap to the mixing system
• Mixer to Pump
  • Qty/Length: 10ft of 1" Polyair hose
  • Purpose: Outlet of mixer manifold to P40 pump inlet
• Pump to Hose Reel
  • Qty/Length: 10ft of 3/4" Polyair hose
  • Purpose: Carries fluid from pump outlet to hose reel inlet
• Bypass Line
  • Qty/Length: 25ft of 3/4" Polyair hose
  • Purpose: Returns flow from the system back to the mixer manifold

Fittings And Filters:

• Tank Entry Seals
  • Qty: 3 Uniseals (3/4") — requires 1.25” hole
  • Purpose: For hose entry into tanks without using bulky fittings
• Bleach Filters
  • Qty: 3 built-in PVC bleach filters with 3/4" Banjo Hose Barbs
  • Purpose: Keeps debris out of SH, water, and rinse suction lines
• Soap Filter
  • Qty: 1 poly filter for 1/4" soap line
• Drop Sticks
  • Qty:  3 × 1.25” x 18" white PVC drop sticks (for bleach filters)
  • Qty:   × 1/2” x 12" grey threaded PVC drop stick (for soap filter)
  • Purpose: Keeps filters at tank bottoms

Adapters And Barbs:

• 1 × 1” MPT to 3/4” HB (for bypass line at mixer manifold)
• 1 × 1/2” MPT to 3/4” HB stainless steel (for hose reel inlet from pump outlet)

Hose Clamps:

• Qty:  4 - #16 Stainless Hose Clamps for the Pump to P40 inlet (2 per end)
• Qty:  8 - #12 Stainless Hose Clamps for the Bypass line & Pump to hose reel (2 per end)
• Qty:  8 - #12 Stainless Hose Clamps for the Mixer & Rinse Valve (extra included)
• Qty:  1 - # Stainless Hose Clamps for the Soap Line

Do not use hose clamps inside the tanks. Instead, heat the hose slightly and push it onto the barbs for a tight seal.
