Max Flow Pressure Washing Truck Skid Setup- Alex's Skid

The Max Flow is our highest-capacity truck skid — 300 gallons of water, two pressure washers, four electric reels, FlowPro remote downstream, and a pure water window cleaning system on one 8 ft platform. Originally built for Alex of Stockton Car Wash (full walkthrough video linked in the photos), it comes everything-installed and ready to spray. Built by hand in Oregon City, Oregon, with a lifetime frame warranty.

This is the skid for operations that outgrew a standard setup: bigger water capacity for bigger jobs, a larger bleach tank for the commercial work, two machines running at once, and window cleaning on the same truck. We recommend a 3/4 to 1 ton truck (an F250/2500 with an 8 ft bed works well). Dry weight is approximately 1,675 lbs.

Two Machines, One Skid

• ✓  Honda GX690 custom-built gear drive 8 GPM pressure washer with block-mounted soft release unloader
• ✓  Honda GX390 custom-built gear drive 5.5 GPM pressure washer with block-mounted soft release unloader and electric start
• ✓  Upgraded double-insulated USA-made 6 AWG wiring on the pressure washer; 10 AWG USA wiring, fuse links, and USA fuses on the soft wash system
• ✓  Marine-grade Interstate battery built for daily recharging

300 Gallons of Water Capacity

• ✓  Four extra-thick slim 100-gallon tanks — three plumbed together with heavy-duty plumbing for 300 gallons of water (plumbing the tanks together reduces sloshing), plus a full 100-gallon bleach tank for larger projects
• ✓  Two 7-gallon soap tanks with a 3-way valve to switch between soaps, on our heavy-duty aluminum brackets
• ✓  Hudson float valve assembly and a 1-inch buffer tank drain — drains the tanks, fills buckets, and doubles as an emergency wash station
• ✓  Buffer tank plumbing with crush-proof suction hose, strainer filter system, banjo fittings, and stainless clamps

Four Electric Reels

• ✓  Four upgraded Titan electric full-frame reels rated for chemicals, with stainless manifolds and swivels — two 12-inch reels double stacked and two 18-inch reels double stacked, with our stainless Titan stack kits
• ✓  Heavier-duty USA wiring, USA pure tinned copper lugs, and a USA 50-amp circuit breaker

Soft Wash & Downstream

• ✓  Remco's latest Dual Control 12-volt 7 GPM 100 PSI USA-made soft wash pump with Viton seals — pressure switches dialed in before it leaves the shop, with far less cycling than cheaper pumps
• ✓  Our own Pro Mixer XL with proportional metering valves, 3/4 inch water and bleach valves upgraded free, and top-of-the-line check valves with Hastelloy springs — more chemical resistant than the usual stainless springs
• ✓  Brand new FlowPro electronic downstream system, plumbed properly with a rinse valve system — downstream chemical on the fly
• ✓  3-way bleach rinse valve with mounts, barbs, and stainless clamps to keep the system fully rinsed
• ✓  ST-510 soft wash gun with stainless couplers, stainless 4-nozzle J-rod dialed to the pump, and a 2315 chemical-resistant house wash gun for downstreaming
• ✓  Kuri Tec poly braid hose on all soft wash plumbing — the one place you can't cut corners

Hose & Pure Water

• ✓  200 ft of Fierce Jet 1/2 inch soft wash hose with crimped 1/2 NPT fittings

• ✓  Water fed hose reel mounted to the top of the EPW box with a locking, removable bracket — includes 100 ft of quality water fed pole hose

Shipping is available nationwide — typically around $3,000; ask how we can offset shipping costs. Complete custom builds average about 35 days, and we may have in-stock skids through the year, so call ahead. Full financing is available.
