Next-Generation Tank Design with Improved Load Distribution
The V3 100 Gallon Vertical Tank features an upgraded mounting design engineered to distribute the weight of the tank and its contents more evenly across the entire tank. Building on the proven V2 design, the V3 incorporates three recessed mounting lines around the tank, providing additional support and more consistent load distribution when securing the tank with mounting straps.
Unlike the V2 design, which uses two recessed mounting lines and three center strap holes through the tank, the V3 eliminates the need for center strap holes. The additional recessed mounting line allows the tank to be secured across a greater portion of its height, helping distribute the weight of the fluid more evenly instead of concentrating the load around the center of the tank.
The result is a more securely supported tank with reduced outward bulging under load and improved weight distribution throughout the tank wall.

V2 vs. V3 Tank Design
The V2 tank utilizes two recessed strap channels with three center openings through the tank to accommodate additional center strapping. The V3 improves upon this design by adding a third recessed strap channel, allowing the mounting straps to support the tank across a larger area without requiring holes through the center of the tank.
By spreading the securing points across the tank, the V3 design helps distribute the substantial weight of a full 100-gallon tank more evenly. This reduces concentrated pressure on the tank walls and helps minimize the outward bulging that can occur when the tank is filled.
