Create a secure, convenient bypass connection anywhere on your pressure-washing setup with the Universal 3/8" or 1/2" NPT Hose Bypass & Quick-Connect Mounting Block.

Available with either a 3/8" or 1/2" female NPT straight-through passage, this custom-machined aluminum block allows compatible male-threaded fittings, adapters, and quick connects to be installed on both sides. Two additional mounting holes make it easy to secure the block to a skid, trailer, hose-reel frame, equipment rack, or other stable mounting surface.

This block is especially useful for creating a pressure-washer hose-reel bypass. By installing the appropriate male and female quick-connect fittings, you can quickly disconnect the pressure hose from the reel plumbing and connect directly to the hose itself. This allows water to bypass the hose-reel manifold, swivel, and internal plumbing when needed.

A hose-reel bypass is particularly valuable on hot-water pressure-washing systems. Routing high-temperature water directly to the pressure hose can help protect hose-reel components that may not be designed for prolonged exposure to extreme heat, including certain PVC or plastic internal parts.

Beyond hose reels, this versatile aluminum bypass block can also be used as a fixed quick-connect station, equipment inlet or outlet, hose-routing point, service connection, or custom plumbing pass-through on pressure-washing skids, soft-wash systems, trailers, trucks, and industrial equipment.

Shipping & Pickup

Orders placed by 2pm Pacific, Monday–Thursday, ship the same day from Oregon City, OR. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, or Friday through Sunday, ship the following Monday. Flat-rate shipping is $8.95 on orders under $50 and $12.95 on orders from $50 to $148.99. Orders of $149 or more ship free within the lower 48 states — some large items have their own shipping rate, shown at checkout.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, and some items — like chemicals and cut-to-length hose — can't be returned. See our Return Policy for details.
