Expert Full Frame Aluminum Hose Reel — Manual
Engineered for professionals who demand maximum durability, the Expert Power Wash manual hose reels are built to outperform and outlast competing reels on the market. Every unit features premium full-frame aluminum construction paired with a 316 stainless steel manifold and 316 stainless swivels — the highest grade of stainless available for corrosion resistance. Unlike most reels that rely on threaded inlets, ours use a fully welded inlet for superior strength and leak prevention. Designed and manufactured in the USA, and installed on the rigs we build in our own shop.

Which manifold size do I need?
1/2" manifold is our go-to for most pressure washing and 12V soft wash pump applications — it handles the flow of those systems perfectly while keeping your setup streamlined. 3/4" manifold is the smart upgrade when higher flow is required: gas-powered soft wash systems, or garden hose reels feeding a buffer tank where extra flow capacity fills your tank faster.

We recommend in-person pickup in Oregon City, OR — this includes a free 2-hour
hands-on training session so you leave confident operating your skid. Transport
