Shipping & Pickup
Orders placed by 2pm Pacific, Monday–Thursday, ship the same day from Oregon City, OR. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, or Friday through Sunday, ship the following Monday. Flat-rate shipping is $8.95 on orders under $50 and $12.95 on orders from $50 to $148.99. Orders of $149 or more ship free within the lower 48 states — some large items have their own shipping rate, shown at checkout.

Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, and some items — like chemicals and cut-to-length hose — can't be returned. See our Return Policy for details.
